Individually, sure it’s mostly meaningless. As a group? Did you see who won the latest election? The actions of the collective are always what matters. China (and everyone else) doesn’t care about you as an individual, but they do want to nudge society.
The Sci-fi channel made a Dune miniseries, and then a Dune Messiah + Children of Dune series. They’re really good versions of the story. Better than Villeneuve’s in my opinion. It doesn’t look nearly as good, obviously, but it’s well done. Go into it expecting more of a screen play though, not a blockbuster movie. I highly recommend it.

Some people are saying it’s for a particular rational reason. I personally doubt it. It’s all the articles saying “people are fleeing TikTok for…” and then they go to that thing. Clean, meaning morally, no he isn’t. Kind, not so much. He presents as if he’s a perfect story book character, like Pooh Bear (hence the comparison), but he wouldn’t still be in power if this were the case. The people in China recognize this, which is why they started the comparison. It spread to the west because of the outsized response to it. It’s the Streisand Effect. It was funny how insulted he was by this that it started being banned, so it spread because his fragile ego couldn’t handle it.
Is it fat-phobic? Probably. Is it racist? Hell no. It’s just making fun of someone with a fragile ego with someone he’s made public that he’s insulted by. Criticizing or making fun of a nations leader is not racist. In fact, the comparison originates from China.
Maybe you should do a little more research before you jump to conclusions just because China is involved. Based on your instance, I doubt this is going to happen though. That could be their argument, but it’s be a bad one while making so much money by parading this around. If that were truly why they weren’t releasing it then they’d try to keep this as quite as possible, along with school shooters and all the rest.

Others may not be explicitly exclusionary, but they are implicitly. You can’t really take the Greek pantheon and mythos and also the Hindu one. Almost every religion has an origin myth about how the world was created, which you really can’t have two versions of that. Religions typically don’t mesh together well.
With that said, religions tend to evolve and engulf neighbor’s beliefs into their own. This doesn’t mean they weren’t exclusive, rather that religion is malleable because it’s made up and not based on fact.
So I mostly agree with you, except the understanding that most gods must not be real is axiomatically true, based on the beliefs of those religions. Almost every religion claims they believe in the one true god(s), so either all the other aren’t real or theirs is wrong and not real. That leaves mostly only one pantheon remaining at most, with maybe a few other that aren’t exclusive.
Its not a belief that most religions most be wrong, and odds are whatever religion any particular person believes is wrong based on how many competing religions have existed.
This is separate to a statement on a god though, only religions. There is no way to make a reasonable argument on the existence (or lack thereof) of a god. You can rule out particular beliefs, but never the concept itself.
