As with every time this is posted, someone has to come point out that this picture is completely unrelated. He had 2 prosthetics, both can be found on his Wikipedia page.
Guess I’m the one who gets to be pedantic this time!
Human to human transfer has been observed
This is directly contradictory to the current CDC statements on the matter, updated today December 18:
“No person-to-person spread of H5 bird flu has been detected.”
Borders are absolutely in the star Trek utopia. Everything has borders. What we do about those borders is the difference.
Each quadrant, solar system, etc has borders. These are even more arbitrary as the current state, county, and country borders across our world tend to follow natural terrain or longitude and latitude. None of these exist in space. But the quadrant borders are as easy to cross as for me to drive to my next US state. However, the Kardassian border is not so easy to cross, just like it’s not so easy for me to cross into North Korea.
Borders are not the inherent issue here. Conflict is the inherent issue, and borders are how we try to minimize that conflict.

Really interested in this. Care to elaborate or share any sources on the matter?
This is my third time coming across this topic today. I was waiting for additional information, but I wonder if there is any history there. Maybe the sheriff has been feuding with the family for a while and wanted to use this as an opportunity to exert dominance. Maybe they suspect the kid has truly been causing trouble and so are using this as an opportunity to track the kid and see.
Overall, seems like an overreaction, especially in small town USA.
Real question. If Trump goes to prison, does Vance take over at president? If so, would Trump be eligible for another since he only served one term due to this?
This is inherently political, but I think the overall intention of the article is to highlight one of the larger media pushes against Trump, and one of Biden’s campaign promises, and the hypocrisy therein of his escalation of this.
I’d like to try to assuage your fears regarding a protest meeting missiles or drone strikes. Yes, the President can order drone strikes with impunity. It’s been that way since the first use of drones, early as the Obama era (maybe earlier, but I was a bit young then).
However, this does not apply to US soil. One of the benefits of state sovereignty is that federal armed forces can’t operate on US soil. National guard gets involved, at the governor’s request, but they don’t have missiles or drones. Police are barbaric, but they also don’t have missiles or drones.
So I don’t think we’d see much of an escalation in terms of weapons of violence with regards to protests when compared to 2020.
Ranked choice voting. A system that is FAR better than our current system, but stands as a threat to our complacent two parties, and therefore will never become a realization.
In addition, this article is about his “plans” to do this. Not about his actions. Every election cycle around this time the incumbent president puts out articles about his (because there’s been no her yet) “plans” to reclassify or otherwise loosen marijuana restrictions, but nothing ever happens.
Right, I read that part. I’m not very knowledgeable on the topic, but wouldn’t a top bunk have a railing?
For what it’s worth, I’ve seen plenty of inmates who “fell from the top bunk” and they have obvious knuckle marks on their cheeks from being punched. So I’m a little suspicious of those kinds of “falls”.
I’m usually one to discount news stories for being dramatic and misleading, but this one is pretty rough. Unsure how she fell in the first place, but the video of her on the floor with the pointed toes is rough to watch. That’s a hard one to fake, and is a clear sign of spinal trauma.
I don’t get it. Enlighten me?
Is that the nowhere king?
I do. I extend it beyond medicines as well. Corporations have spent lots of money for their brands to be household names. They don’t control my language.
Specifically to medicine, I will note that the generic name actually carries information that the brand name does nothing for. Lisinopril and enalopril are the same medication class, act similar. Amlodipine, nimodipine, nicardipene are all the same class. Those generic names have important meaning.
Oh, you want facial tissues? Why didn’t you ask?
Sure, here’s some acetaminophen and ibuprofen.
Don’t you mean bleach wipes?
1cc=1mL
Was the benefactor of finance mistake in military. It’s not your money, it’s the government’s. They take it back. You have no defense and no rights.
Bonus is if they screw up and give you $25k extra like they did me, you can pay it back as 10% of your base income, interest free. Turned out to be a 0% interest 3 year car loan for me!
That actually shows it, thank you!
Easier to trust and more accurate currently, but I don’t doubt that the algorithm to generate the notes will be internal and closed source, allowing them to utilize that trust to manipulate people.
