I’ve never had issues like that on Kubuntu, Debian, or EndeavourOS. KDE is great and I love it.

Her lawsuit stemmed from an editorial about gun control published after U.S. Rep. Steve Scalise, a Louisiana Republican, was wounded in 2017 when a man with a history of anti-GOP activity opened fire on a Congressional baseball team practice in Washington.
In the editorial, the Times wrote that before the 2011 mass shooting in Arizona that severely wounded former U.S. Rep. Gabby Giffords and killed six others, Palin’s political action committee had contributed to an atmosphere of violence by circulating a map of electoral districts that put Giffords and 19 other Democrats under stylized crosshairs.
The Times corrected the article less than 14 hours after it was published, saying it had “incorrectly stated that a link existed between political rhetoric and the 2011 shooting” and that it had “incorrectly described” the map.
It’s like the show was created to be put on in the background instead of watched.
Yeah even when I thought I understood what was going on, these videos pointed out things that I missed every time.
My beloved. I kept it on my phone for a few weeks after it was shut out, it still had access to some content and I thought all this would blow over :(
Working mobile apps. My Jerboa mobile app for Lemmy works great, but if they hadn’t have broken all the mobile apps and acted like such shitheads, I wouldn’t even be here :)
I bailed after the first season, holy shit did that show move slow. I wasn’t invested enough to go along with the jump the shark plot only 5 episodes in. Oh no the main character needs to go stop the big machine from blowing up the entire silo and killing everyone and ending the story, will she succeed or fail?! I had somebody spoil the story for me and it actually is pretty cool and sci-fi, but I can’t spend that much time getting to it.
The Expanse starts a little slow, it picks up after the first couple episodes. I’m sure you’ve heard others gush about it, it’s worth another try :)
The show was good but so hard to follow. Every time I’d watch an episode, I’d have to watch the Alt Shift X video to explain wtf I just watched: https://www.youtube.com/@AltShiftX/search?query=westworld
I do because it’s the law, dillweed.
Stupid question: If the government admits the guy shouldn’t have been deported, why didn’t this senator bring him back with him?
I use Debian on machines I don’t want to fuck with or have change much.
I use Endeavour because it was recommended to me for the bleeding edge hardware I had just bought for gaming.

It takes a little time to get into, but it’s just kind of a slice of life about people that live with humanoid AI robots.
My lights have a dimmer, I just turn that shit down when it gets dark out.
I decided to ditch Helix and stick with vim, my main code editor is Kate anyway lol.
Damn now you got me trying to get used to it. It’s hard when vim is so ingrained in my habits. And Helix isn’t in the Debian stable repos yet. It does seem faster and better though!
Damn, TIL. I thought all Nazis were super big on Christianity, all the ones I’ve seen were.
I’ve noticed a lot of dead bees on the ground in the past few months. I figured that it’s a good thing and that I’m seeing more dead ones because there are more active ones overall.
The Nazis hate Satan, please leave Satanists out of this.
