It’s all dependent on VRAM. If you can load the distilled models with your GPU without maxing out your VRAM it will run just as fast as any server farm.

lol, i totally missed this. I’ve also noticed that if I give stable diffusion a negative prompt it becomes obsessed with it too.

every time i introduce a sofa to an LLM scenario it gets obsessed about it.

we do this every january in DC.

i donno, tiktok is good for maybe one or two videos before it devolves into doomscrolling. it has the same shortcomings as any other engagement-baitgorithms. even my wife complains that they won’t miss tiktok for how boring it gets.

lemmy wasnt always like this. we got the worst of reddit coming in like they invented the federal universe.

I got more out of the Google class because it gives instructor notes with time estimates for each lesson.

this lets me figure out if I need to dive down a particular rabbit hole or if the class is just giving an overview of a topic.
