I respect your perspective, but I’m not convinced. Everyone I’ve seen say that just asserts it as fact, even though there is no shortage of demagogues in the alt-right. So many people think this ends with Trump and aren’t planning for what comes next, it seems.

If Trump had written project 2025, I might be more inclined to think that. Trump on his own is what his first term was.

Not technically, but your employer can hire someone to do your job while you’re striking. The result is that when the strike is over, your job is filled and instead of going back to work, you are placed at the top of the rehire list for whenever that job becomes available again.

So the implication, not letter, of the 2nd ammendment gives US citizens the right to shoot cops if they are acting as an extension of a tyrannical state. I wonder if there is a case to be made that this executive order infringes on the constitution.
