Me and my friends used to play frisbee golf. I started hating being associated with them about the time they started blasting their music on the course. I don’t like to attract attention, ever. Id rather blend in the background. So I just make up an excuse when envited. I’d rather play alone anyway.

Personally I like hearing the birds or catching some wildlife doing their thing.

SuperTuxCart is a great game too.

I’m more worried about what the instance owners and admins might do when pressured. I suspect widely different treatment depending which country was in spring so to speak.

All that has happened with the consolidation of social media into a propaganda arm for governments and corporations makes the fediverse decentralized network an important step forward in the right direction.

If there were another “??? Spring”, could the fediverse be a tool for communication central to a movement still remains a question.

I remember watching the Arab Spring unfold. Twitter being a guiding light through the darkness for so many people whos government tried to control available communication.

Such high hopes for people back then.

I remember the glowworms, my sister had one. We both had cabbage patch kids. I hate that I didnt keep my garbage pale kid cards. At least I still have an almost full set of 1991 Marvel cards. One of my best friends gave me a gold plated Gen 13 card i have kicking around somewhere.

Mom gave me these on Valentine’s day so long ago they are fading in color.

My stuffed animals are in storage ATM but I hope this will brighten the moment in their stead!

Almost 1/2 century old and I still have stuffed animals my mom gave me as a kid in the hospital and a few others for my birthday.

If she didn’t get rid of my old millennium falcon and other starwars toys i would still have them.

OpenDyslexic. I used to hate reading. Read one and a half books this year. Also 3 novella’s. For fun! I never read for fun. Usually just programming books to get my feet wet before jumping into documentation. Never an entire book cover to cover unless Im obsessed enough.
