Texas National Guard has already been staging troops and equipment at Great Lakes. I wonder who paid for that.

Monetary damages? Won’t ever get paid.
It was the DNC, not House or Senate. Wouldn’t have been binding in any sense of the word … so why not vote it through?
Even so, I’m not sure what the point of a lawsuit would be. What relief would be sought, and is there any hope she would actually realize such relief if the Court rules in her favor?
