Are they? The former seems pretty much unheard of while the latter ain’t uncommon. I think the only subgroup of men where the risk of being “falsely” accused of SA is high are men who commit SA and just don’t believe it is SA. Of course perception of risk can vary and the (perceived) severity of the event matters as well.

Last election for Cornyn was 54% vs 44% (against a woman). And two years ago was 53% vs 45% (against a black man). Crocket has far more appeal and name recognition than either of the previous races. Before that was 2018, which was 51% vs 48% against someone who suggested going door to door to get guns from people. You have to go back over a decade to get a race that was such a landslide, which was against a white guy who came in 4th place in a house primary two years before and doesn’t even have a picture on wikipedia.
colonoscopy. I mistimed things I think and got home really late on the last day I was supposed to be able to eat and by that time it was too late. And I might not have eaten before work…
Without food, I think 2.5 days (somewhere around 2.5 days). Wasn’t bad, although I sometimes get dizzy when standing and it exacerbated to the point I was worried I might actually pass out (but I didn’t; just felt like a had a very low-grade fever for a couple minutes after?)
