I am seeing parallels to 9/11 with how the media is behaving these last 6 months or so. Behavior I didn’t notice during biden, covid, or last trump term. It’s very different.
It’s like no one is willing to write anything “inflamatory” I know why I’m scared. I can guess why they are scared. I can only wonder why it is different this time.
Okay now do Elon
I choose D) all of the above
If methadone was also educational 🌈⭐
In 2023, a panel of experts released a report that found that the increasing reliance of overtime to staff air traffic control facilities was putting air safety at risk. The agency has fielded hundreds of complaints from air traffic workers describing dangerous conditions from staff shortages to dilapidated buildings.
Completely off topic but made me think of the conditions 911 dispatchers have to work under. Both are extremely critical jobs where mistakes can really cost lives and not in the “I thought a bag of skittles was a gun” mistake
The full scope of the administration’s review was spelled out in a 51-page spreadsheet sent to federal agencies and viewed by The Associated Press. Each line was a different government initiative, from pool safety to tribal workforce development to special education.
Officials were directed to answer a series of yes or no questions for every item on the list, including “does this program promote gender ideology?” or “does this program promote or support in any way abortion?” Responses are due by Feb. 7.
This is where my heart sank. This article is so long but this blip and the conclusion points to what is really going down.
Here we go again
How is that virtue signaling? I assigned no morality to it just joking that it’s another thing to worry about, add it to the list. All these replies are the ones projecting some sort of judgement
I didn’t say or even imply men are bad, there is a lot of projection on my silly little comment.
Oh great another thing for women to be self conscious about
I dont disagree at all. But there is more to this I think because of this
After returning to the White House, a reporter asked Trump for his reaction to the sermon. At least initially, he offered relatively muted criticism. “I didn’t think it was a good service,” the Republican said. “They can do much better.”
Then hours later he posted his rant. You can use your imagination for because it sounds exactly like AI wrote something from one of his tweets.
But there was a larger context to his latest online tantrum.
For example, Trump wasn’t the only Republican who was quick to target the bishop. Fox News personalities appeared eager to villainize her — Laura Ingraham described the sermon as “the rantings of a lunatic” — and GOP Rep. Mike Collins of Georgia called for Budde, an American citizen, to be “added to the deportation list.”
Seems more like trump was following the leader.
They are watering down the impact the word “deportation” has for the public so that they can get away with more. That is what is actually happening.
The price of food is going up because corporations want to maximize profit and WILL make the consumer eat the cost and feel the outrage because the lowest paid employees want a somewhat sustainable wage and not be on welfare while still working 40+ hours a week however they can.
Rising wages does not need to be an indication of rising prices, instead they could be an indication a company is doing well. And that’s sorta how it works in startup businesses and stuff right? Eventually that stops because the people making the decisions are now too far removed from the lowest rung, depending how big they grow and how susceptible to greed.
Also among those pardoned was one of the riot’s most recognisable figures, Jacob Chansley, the self-styled QAnon Shaman, who was released from jail in 2023 after serving 27 months of his 41-month jail sentence.
He told the BBC that he heard the news from his lawyer while he was at the gym.
He added: “I walked outside and I screamed ‘freedom’ at the top of my lungs and then gave a good Native American war cry.”
Excuse me what??? What the actual fuck, he was at the gym? These fuckers do not hear themselves and have no sense of irony or shame. Eta: unclear, meant he already has freedoms many don’t and he certainly did not deserve
I cannot fathom why you would have so many beans in the office. And queso cheese???
I’m glad you have that particular skill, but it absolutely has very little to do with irate customers. That’s more like what makes it a shitty day at the job vs having a shitty job.
Also idk how much variety of people you have had to meet in your career but I venture to guess they are all generally the same socioeconomic backgrounds, education, etc. When you work with the public it is different, the pool is larger and more random, you may learn new ways people can be fucking weird.
Controversial but when it actually IS essentially just “for spending money” part time work, is retail that bad? You have the psychological benefits of seeing new people, having consistent relationships, helping others, physical activity, a routine, and anything else that working may bring to your social calendar. Oh and waaaay less responsibility and pressure.
Cause it is essentially working for mental health reasons instead of financial. It is a lot easier to walk away then as soon as mental health is compromised!
The vague threat of “think of the children maybe being exposed to sexual things” challenging our first amendment right but it becomes some huge debate if a woman is being harassed/stalked/threatened online.
**they are justififying destroying our rights for their feelings **
This has nothing to do with trump or Kennedy . They are barbie dolls that can be swapped out for another doll.
They want us uneducated, poor, sick or dead. That’s their main voter base after all.
