2 months agoThanks! So then the judgement is two fold. First to split chrome from google. Second to restrict google from paying to be the default search engine on any browser.

Would other search engines be able to “pay to be default”? My understanding is if this went through then browsers wouldn’t be able to take money from any search engine to be the default.

Yep, this here. I have a 10 year old tv and was considering buying a new one last year but it just didn’t seem worth the price for the upgrade.

Tbf, all the well written shows of the last decade only made 10-13 episodes per season. This was one of the major reasons for the writers strike since they only got paid per episode.
