Why do you use the distro you use?
People said Ubuntu is easy, but I prefer green to orange so I went with Mint.

This is very much how it’s going to happen.
On laptop you have to tilt the screen towards you a lot more than usual and look at it just above the function keys. On desktop you have to stand up for the same perspective.
Great, now my family are wondering why I was laughing.
They’re were a lot of men who insisted on immediate medical attention who got told that their partners had tried that and absolutely nothing would come of it.
Article points out that having a moral issue over porn is a much, much stronger prediction of perceiving problems than levels of use. The headline writer and introduction conclude that porn addiction isn’t real, but I think the detail of the article suggests more that behaviour only really gets properly out of control in the presence of self-disapproval.
I think a more consistent summary for that content is “Mainly only religious people seek help from psychologists for what they perceive as porn addiction, but overwhelmingly their behaviour doesn’t fit the professional thresholds for addiction”.
Some people did a thing with a specially configured tens machine where the woman would turn it the levels up and up until it was at the level of their normal period pain and then the man would go through the same levels stages and be gasping and writhing before it got there.
Turns out men have been massively underestimating period pain for centuries.
That said, some women experienced far, far higher levels than normal and were encouraged to take that data to a non-dismissive healthcare professional.
This is truly awful. Microsoft need to return to sanity. Awful awful awful.
I think she would be mortified if she knew I knew.
I quote, absolutely directly:
both sides are the same
It’s a breathtakingly stupid take.
And back in real life rather than your imagination, we’ve got the actual rapist versus the guy who once smelled someone’s hair. Yeah definitely both the same. /s
Yeah, America is a capitalist hellhole, but the false equivalence you folks are pushing is absolutely astonishing.
It’s on days like this that I think the Internet is great. !lemmysilver
It blows my mind that even now, there are people like you who claim they can’t tell the difference between Biden and Trump.
I think I can smell progesterone, in some women, and in some months (far more than others/other times). Being male, this is absolutely is not something I can collect a lot of data on very quickly, and I don’t know whether the strength or clarity for me correlates with women who have higher levels than normal, but I do know it correlates really well with this chart in terms of timing. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Estradiol_and_progesterone_%25_changes_across_the_menstrual_cycle.tif
So often I know that it’s a week and a half before your period, and I know what that means, but I promise you that I have never ever used this knowledge, partly because I’m pretty shy, but not even with my wife (who doesn’t know I can tell) when we were aiming for pregnancies, because that was a very busy time indeed in that arena and I saw no reason to reduce that in any way whatsoever.
Bold of you to suggest that attempting to teach these people would change anything on the world.
You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.
How right you are, and how wrong I am. The clues were there for me to pick up, like it’s in the name, and I’ve only seen hundreds of screenshots of it and i can’t quite believe I thought this for so long without even the slightest logical thought or questioning of the reasoning. Doh!
Time travel, evidently.
