  • Depends what you call Christian music

NF got pretty big for a while, and pretty sure he never swore because of his religion and talked often about Christianity and his faith while promoting the Christian beliefs that are actually in the Bible and admitting his own struggles and overcoming them thru faith and hard work.

That is Christian music to me.

I mean, it’s not even really debatable, he’s signed to a label exclusively for Christian musical acts.

But music that is explicitly all about Jesus is usually just cashgrabs with zero meaning behind it. It’s playing to the low denominator for things where “safe” is the most important part of music.

    So, TLDR:

    NF

  • The guy who obsessively watched faux news thru his first term doesn’t watch faux news anymore?

But even reading, he was literally just spotted reading a newspaper about China and the tareifs like two days ago…

I just don’t understand why so many people on both sides of the aisle are just so enthusiastic about renting the reality in front of their faces

And you’re all always just so angry when people point out what’s real.

I think long COVID or micro plastic is gonna end up being worse than leaded gas for everyone’s brains. There’s got to be a reason everyone is like this now, it’s not just you.

  • We lucked out on monday, the talking heads were spreading rumors about 47 flip-flopping on the tariffs, so it didnt free-fall like I expected.

    That’s not what what happened.

A random person with the last name Bloomerberg (on their Twitter profile) paid the $8/month for a blue checkmark

That randomly claimed tarrifs were pushed back 3 months…

And our entire economic system our lives depend on collectively shrugged and said “good enough”. It cause a spike and then even as people sold they were more cautious.

Without that, shit would be a lot worse right now

  • More than 200 dealers were cited for selling guns to people who indicated on background check paperwork that they were prohibited from owning them. Dozens made false statements in official records, a violation that includes facilitating illegal straw purchases.

If that sounds like a big deal to you…

    1. You have no idea how many sales go thru an FFL daily in America.

    2. You have no idea how many privates sales happen daily

Zero judgement for #2 tho, literally no one knows that, because it’s untracked and without background checks except when handled state level by a few states
