I think we are still trying peaceful protests and hoping upcoming elections will change things. There is little appetite to escalate to violence yet.

Most of the radical groups of self armed wackos are working for ice now and reveling in their racism.

Most of them are so isolated that chaos in the streets really wouldn’t change their lives or opinions - except maybe to advocate for martial law and more deportations. We could try to vote them out in 2 years but that also seems unlikely unless a real opposition party emerges that actually gains traction.
