One thing people seem to forget is that even though Google is a real enemy of privacy, it’s far from the worst company. Companies like Google collect and use your data. While there are many companies that collect data only to sell them to any customer they might have.
It’s an unpopular opinion, but… It’s Ironic to criticize X on porn in fediverse. The same fediverse that is obsessed with banning instances for porn. Remember Switter? An instance, made for sex workers. What happened to it? Banned by almost all major instances, forcing them to shut down. Or how Lemmy instances defeserate NSFW instance. At least X doesn’t do these shenanigans.
P.S.: if any company is to be blamed for limitation on sexual content is Apple.
I’m curious how awful exactly. Been using 545 since it was released (on Arch) and except for frame drop on X11, on Wayland it’s working flawlessly and I’m even playing games on it!
