Both steps could be fuelled using renewable energy sources, I hope this will become a standard soon. I don’t really understand why hydrogen production is being done using fossil fuels tbh. Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me, other than it probably being cheaper at the moment
It means you can increase the amount you put in to get a higher amount of output, but that doesn’t mean it’s actually doable in terms of cost or available resources etc

There has always been quite a noticeable anti-nuclear sentiment in Germany, especially in the 70s/80s and after Fukushima political pressure rose to get rid of nuclear power. Some also say that the SPD was very friendly with Putin and that’s why they were happy to increasingly rely on Russian gas imports. Not sure if that’s true though

Before they made the ID a plastic card we also used to have a laminated piece of paper as ID. I agree, it’s not very convenient!
In my passport that page is basically a plastic card, same as my ID card, just a bigger format

Just installed Pop! OS and am very happy with it, very stable, no problems so far! In the past I’ve tested Mint, Manjaro and openSUSE I think. Switched back from windows as I don’t need remote access anymore and there’s nothing that makes me want to go back
