…It’s tangentially related to the porn industry, but primarily, it is also the actual medical terminology many are probably more familiar with, so still wouldn’t be a great idea even in that context. Don’t they all essentially require internet access to be ‘smart’? I have a LGTV (with WebOS, an app store, etc.) that I basically treat as ‘dumb’ by leaving it disconnected from our network.
