Some people fall into the lifestyle creep trap and get accustomed to spending what they make. If you make 2x average and live relatively normally you’ll find your savings grow quick.
Even if you do make good money, it’s best not to let that go to your head.

When I started I had similar experience where I was rapidly getting promoted and raises. Eventually that slowed down.
If your work lets you have iCloud accounts (I think usually managed) then you could use the shortcuts app.
This depends a lot on your companies device acceptable use policy.

If you want keyboard shortcuts in your terminal ctrl+x e opens the current command in your editor. When you save you can then run the command.
I don’t think this works with all shells but it’s easy to set up in modern ones.

The pixel is a secondary device I got for a job but they let me keep, so it’s not a bother for me.
It does prompt you to unmute but it’s very easy to forget to turn it back on.

I see you already got an answer, but one thing I do is disable the microphone and camera on my pixel.
I keep them in the notification drawer because I just don’t trust keeping them on, but obviously I have to trust the OS is don’t that properly.

When these language models are trained, a large portion is augmenting the training by adding noise to the data.
This is actually something LLMs are trained to do because it helps them infer meaning despite typos.

Similar experience for me. It wasn’t that I felt my thoughts were invalid, but I didn’t feel like it was impacting me in the moment, and then every session was like “sure, that was illogical, but I still felt that at the time”.
I’ve been trying ACT, and while I don’t know if it’s been effective yet, at least it’s helping me process and understand my thoughts better.

My job has been killing me the last couple years, but I just interviewed for a new job that sounds perfect for me (and I them) and I really hope I get it!
Edit: I don’t actually have an answer to your question, but I get this feeling every week. The only thing that really helped was antidepressants which toned down my anxiety so at least I can enjoy Sunday’s without constantly thinking about work.

I still say we made a mistake with communicating to men about feminism. We kind of left people who are terrible like Andrew Tate to dominate the conversation when people shut down men’s rights groups as de facto misogynistic, and now here we are.

I think I’m very much a generalist, but the areas in deep on I’m much deeper than others.
But that means as companies get bigger they want more specialists and i end up less valuable as I’m just filling in gaps.
Makes finding those good companies harder, but I’m more valuable to small companies than hiring 3-4 people, so I can command good pay.
