Lol I just ate a bowl yesterday. It’s one of those nostalgic foods for me that I just want sometimes. Especially good when you’re sick or on a cold morning to warm you up.
Huh… as a Canadian Ive only ever had Cream of Wheat and Red River cereal. Never heard of Malt O Meal
Malt-O-Meal is an off-name-brand that sells bulk knock-off cereals in bags instead of boxes. (I guess they also have a Cream of Wheat knock-off but I’ve never seen that personally)
They used to be a real cheap option, but lately they aren’t really priced any different than the name brands so IDK why I would even bother anymore.
