This sort of argument makes me feel like I’m surrounded by crazy people. It really feels like absolutely everyone understands, even if they won’t admit it, that shit posts cannot be political. They can’t have any sort of agenda other than being dumb as fuck. They are a silly source of amusement, and an agenda destroys the concept of a shitpost entirely.

But there are just SO MANY other comms that something like this can go into. There are comms specifically for political memes, which this clearly is, and this would even fit in just fine in c/memes or a dozen others.
