One Friday I had to go into to the office for an early meeting. Walked in the, saw my boss, my boss’ boss, HR, and an owner. I just said Fuck out loud and was immediately reassured that it is not what it looks like. They were laying people off, some of which were my friends. IT will always know before hand, we have to deactivate people’s access in a way they don’t notice until they get their meetings/calls. It does not feel good.

While you think sysadmins are your enemy, you are you own enemy and we are just trying to save you from yourself.

I have found they are the most likely to have lower computer literacy than they need to be for their job. It’s not optional, no SysAdmin should have to babysit someone.

They are landed gentry. They don’t give a shit about you and have servants most likely.

Let me rewrite that: Man who makes trillions manufacturing Ai hardware, says “people expressing how shitty Ai is and how it makes life harder” is going to cause me to lose money.

The last time I asked a question, I followed the formatting of a recent popular question/post. Someone did not like that and decided to implement their formatting, thebvproceeded to dramatically change my posts and updates. Also people kept giving me solutions to problems I never included in my question. The whole thing was ridiculous.

I had to explain to three separate family members what it means for an Ai to hallucinate. The look of terror on their faces after is proof that people have no idea how “smart” a LLM chatbot is. They have been probably using one at work for a year thinking they are accurate.

The goal is to weaken the West by destabilizing our nations’ and organizations they belong to. They payed so much money for it that they bought into peerage.

I was in a long term relationship with someone with a drinking problem. When a drunk person says something to you they fucking mean it. Their filter is weaker and, as I label it “they have the courage to say something that they were afraid to say sober.” When you figure this out everything is easier to understand.
